Vasco Martins Concerts Piano ____________________________________________

In his youth Vasco Martins made several concerts and in 1979 he recorded the album 'Vibrações, (piano solo) in Lisbon, on a magnificent Steinway piano. During the years of creation he performed few piano concerts. But in the last years, in his retirement place in Ribeira Calhau, in Sao Vicente Island, he dedicated to reacquire and develop his pianistic technique, composing a vast repertoire and working on pure improvisation.
In 2008, in Paris, he recorded the album ‘Lua água clara’.
His concerts soak up with spirituality and noble musical expression. He may, in some 'ambiences', make improvisation during the performance.
